Welcome to our Cafe
Riverview cafe is a delightful little place that was established in spring 2008. It's situated in front of the Riverview business park. The cute little building that was once the coal merchant's office for the old Forest Row train station had been derelict for too long. After being used for various ventures it has now become a popular little cafe. In April 2010 Peter Sonneveld took over as the new owner.
Our aim is to provide an excellent cup of coffee (own blend, hand-roasted by a local company), a variety of tasty snacks and treats, a delicious breakfast, yummy lunches and a genuine friendly atmosphere. We are accessible by car and there is always plenty of parking. If you are a keen hiker or cyclist you will be pleased to know that we are only 50 yards from the Forest Way (Route 21). Come in and have a chat!

The Classic Car Club
The Riverview Classic Car Club was an initiative taken by the current owner of the Riverview cafe. Being a serial classic car owner himself it was a great way to expand the cafe as a business and a perfect excuse to fuel his passion for classic cars. The first monthly meeting was held on the second sunday of may in 2010. By the end of the summer it was a regular day out for many cars and their owners and proves to be a great success.
The Riverview classic car club meets every second sunday of the month and everybody is welcome to join. Beware though, if you want a space for your car you need to get there early: it's becoming popular! Meetings start at 12pm and go all year around.
